Shipping

Rosard Parfum offers first class delivery on all orders. As a result, delivery of your shipment will take 1-2 business days.

Orders are prepared from Monday to Saturday with the exception of public holidays and are shipped using Royal Mail.

Orders must be placed by 15:00 to ensure delivery in 1-2 days from the point of sale.  Orders received after 15:00 will be processed the next business day. Orders received on Friday after 15:00, Saturday, Sunday and on a bank holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Rosard Parfum offers complimentary shipping for all orders.

A signature may be required upon receipt of your goods.

Rosard Parfum do not currently offer shipping outside of the UK. However, we are currently working on making this logistically possible in the near future.

Payment for purchases of our products can be made using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Klarna and Paypal.

You can follow the progress of your order by logging in to your account then clicking on “my orders”. Then click on the tracking number to track your order.

 

This same tracking number was also sent to you with your shipping confirmation email. Simply click the ‘Track My Order’ button which will direct you to the tracking page which will detail the status of your order.

Returns and Refunds

Rosard Parfum would like you to be pleased with your purchase and will gladly refund any unopened purchased within 30 days of your order being delivered.

Each order is packed with a sample for you to try beforehand. Once you have received your order, try the sample of the fragrance first. If it does not meet your expectations, you can return your unopened product within 30 days.

Once the plastic seal is broken on our products, we are unable to accept a return for it.

If you would like to return an item, simply complete the Return Form that was included in your delivery parcel and place it back inside the package. You can then use the shipping label provided to send the package back to us.

Products must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging, unopened, and seals intact.

Please allow around 7-10 business days of processing time. You will receive a confirmation email once we receive your package and process your return. Guerlain reserves the right to deny returns for items that do not meet the return policy requirements.

We do not offer exchanges at this current time.

In accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered please notify us as soon as possible via the contact us page.

Please provide the order number and ensure that you keep the box, packing materials including packing note and all items received for inspection.
